The Collaborative for Economic Analysis of Borders (CFEAB) seeks to analyze and compile information on global international borders starting with the United States-Mexico border. By covering culture, business, socio-economics, aerospace & technology, crime & enforcement, health, and the environment, we hope to provide an educated commentary on conditions of borders around the world.
The border is an area that although divided by constructed and natural barriers, is very dynamic and full of complexities. This visualization illustrates the population of various cities along the US-Mexico border. Research in this website involves these and many other cities along the border.
Data for this visualization was provided by Instituto Nacional de Estadísticas y Geografía (INEGI) Mexico and US Census.
CFEAB is always trying to collaborate and expand the research regarding the US-Mexico border.
